Shipping

How much is shipping?
FREE. There is no cost  to you.

How do I change my shipping address AFTER I have already paid for an item?
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for incorrect address information submitted during the checkout process, due to paypal and credit card policies, we are required to ship to the same address provided on your payment. Most of our items ship worldwide. Any exceptions are noted on the item page.

How long until my order is shipped?
Orders approximately ships within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Most of our items ship worldwide. Any exceptions are noted on the item page.

How long will it take to get my order?
Handling Time: Orders ship approximately in 1-2 business days after payment is received. Delivery time: Once your order leaves our facility, delivery within the US typically takes 3-5 business days. International delivery can take 10-15 business days. Delivery times do NOT include weekends & holidays. We will send you an email when your order ships and include a tracking number.

Do you offer a faster shipping method?
YES, we offer Expedited shipping for U.S. customers only. Please be sure to choose the "Expedited Shipping" option at checkout. Unfortunately we do not offer Expedited shipping to international customers at this time. *Exception: If you are an international customer paying for an order with a value of $400 or more, your order will automatically be upgraded to Expedited Shipping.

 

Returns

How do I return an item?
Email or call us and we will email you a return label right away. Have your order number handy in order to make this process faster. 

What if an item does not fit or I just do not want it?
In these cases, we will be happy to issue you a refund if the item is in the same condition as originally shipped. Any tags or labels need to remain attached. There are no charge for shipping costs for returns. 

Can I exchange an item?
NO, unfortunately we are unable to send a different size/color than what was purchased. However, we will accept your return for a purchase price refund. Please contact us for return instructions.

What do I do if something I purchased is not as described?
Please contact us. We do our best to describe each item accurately, but if our listing was inaccurate, we will be happy to correct the situation.

When will I get my refund?
We submit all refunds to your bank immediately.You will receive the funds in your account in approximately 5–10 business days after the original refund.

How can you sell items so cheap?
We buy over stock and out of season products in truckloads from major department stores. We get great deals from them that we pass on to you! We stand by all of our products.

I purchased the wrong size. Can you send me a different size?
NO, unfortunately we are unable to send a different size/color than what was purchased. Please let us know if you will need us to mutually cancel the sale so you can buy the exact item you need - if available or if you need to return an item.

Why have you not responded to my emails?/ How long does it take to hear back from you?
We respond to all emails by the end of the next BUSINESS day. Our hours are from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Since we do not work on weekends and holidays, if you send us a email on Friday we will not get back to you until the following Monday.

Can you measure an article of clothing for me?
Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive to do this, AND the large number of items we have for sale, we cannot cost-effectively provide any additional measurements. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I live locally. Can I pick up my order?
NO, our facility is not set up for walk-ins, as we are exclusively an online store. If you need help shopping online, please let us know and we would be happy to help you out.
